Here Prop Solve undertake 10 – 15 cents of land in and around 2 km of town from all districts of Kerala and construct commercial building with an area of 6000 – 8000 sqft. The building is constructed in a way in which we can arrange it in to office spaces that range from 200 sqft and are available for a monthly rental of Rs-6000/- and above. By this project we aim to provide good office spaces for small business at low to low rentals for any individuals who are looking forward to start a business.
We locate individuals who are interested in investing in the Real Estate sector and register the plots in their names and build necessary office spaces for them. Once the construction is complete, Prop Solve themselves will find the required tenants for the space. Investors are also provided with services to sell the property if the buyer wants once the tenants are found.
